DetectoGrip and Detecto Steel
The handles are made from detectable plastic that is recognised by metal detectors and x-ray devices and therefore provide a high level of protection from contamination of food. The DetectoGrip series includes seven different types of knives and the Detecto Steel knife sharpener the HyperDrill with extra-fine tensile rods for stripping and smoothing.
